Full-time clerk
Branch at 219 boul. des Grives
Under the supervision of the branch manager, the restaurant clerk is responsible for welcoming and serving our customers. The person will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing orders according to the items listed on the order form, and keeping the salad, taco, smoothie, and takeout counters stocked and clean. They must also support and collaborate with their teammates.
Customer Service
- Warmly welcome customers
- Taking customer orders and taking into account allergies or intolerances

Order preparation
- Execute the branch manager's game plan to ensure quality and speed of service
- Read the order forms carefully and prepare the dishes ordered in accordance with the values and standards issued by Olivia bistro-boutique
- Respect recipes at all times and ensure that quality and quantity standards are met
Production and cleaning tasks
- Use work tools to facilitate operations. (Opening and closing lists, temperature readings, inventories, related tasks, etc.)
- Ensure proper setup and preparation for busy periods
- Ensure food freshness
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards, following established procedures. Comply with food storage and stock rotation procedures.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. This includes cleaning utensils, work surfaces, and equipment after each use.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the branch at all times of the day
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 to 35 hours per week
